Reiki is very relaxing and supportive allowing healing on a deeper level by bringing balance to the body and mind. Clients have described a Reiki session feeling like they are being covered in a warm blanket.

Cindy Carlson is is caring and compassionate Reiki Master and gifted Energy Healer who helps people release limiting patterns so they can live their dreams. She has been assisting her clients since 2006 to improve their overall health and well-being.  Energy healing helps to deeply relax the mind and body allowing you to connect to your own innate healing.

What is Reiki?

Reiki has been around for over 100 years and helps balance the energy systems in the body. Reiki addresses both physical and emotional imbalances, helping the body come back to its natural state of well-being and overall good health.

  • In Person Reiki

    Clients will come into my office for a hands-on healing session. These sessions are about 60 minutes and we will address specific issues that are holding you back from your best life.

  • Distant/Group Reiki

    Clients will sign up for a 30-minute distant healing session on a specific area they would like worked on. The client will receive feedback after the session with helpful information that came up during the session.

  • Emotion Code

    A type of Energy Healing that is a very simple way of releasing negative emotions from the body and mind. Releasing emotional baggage around a specific event or issue in your life, clearing space for more uplifting energies to move you through emotional blocks and imbalances.
